How do I measure myself correctly for my wedding dress?
To determine the perfect measurements for your dress, take a tape measure and follow these steps:

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the tape measure is straight.
• Waist: Measure your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your upper body.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 20 cm below the waist.
• Length: Measure from the shoulder to the floor while wearing the shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day.
  Make sure the tape measure is neither too loose nor too tight to ensure a precise fit.
  Get a second person to help you if possible.

How long does it take to make my wedding dress?
The production time for our custom-made wedding dresses is usually 5-7 weeks. Please note that processing and delivery times may vary depending on the volume of orders.

Can I return my wedding dress?
There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items such as our wedding dresses. You can return standard items within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping within Europe is included in the product price, there are no additional shipping costs.

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery online.

What should I do if my dress is damaged or lost?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or after the estimated delivery time if your order is damaged or lost. We will work with our shipping providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I have alterations made to my wedding dress?
Yes, we offer customization on our wedding dresses. Contact us to learn more about the options available.

Do you offer sample dresses?
In the future, we will be offering sample dresses in a standard size for a deposit. You can order your favorite dress free of charge and it will be sent to you within 2-6 working days. You then have 7 days to return the dress and only pay the return shipping costs. The deposit will be refunded to you provided the dress is returned in perfect condition.

Do you offer bridal veils or other accessories?
We do not currently offer bridal veils or accessories, but we plan to add these to our range soon. Stay tuned!

How do I properly store and care for my wedding dress?

Before your wedding:
Once your wedding dress has arrived, store it in a safe place. A breathable garment bag is best to protect the dress from dust and light. Hang it on a sturdy hanger in a dry place, protected from light. Has the dress developed slight creases during transport? A gentle steamer or steam iron can help to gently smooth out the material. Alternatively, you can hang the dress in the bathroom for a while while you run a hot shower - the rising steam acts like a natural steamer.

After your wedding:
Treat your wedding dress to a professional cleaning to remove any stains or residue. Alternatively, you can wash the dress by hand, but you should be particularly careful with delicate fabrics.

To keep the dress safe for the future, either hang it in a breathable cover after drying or place it neatly folded in a special wedding dress box.
